Our pricing varies based on the type of session and the number of people involved. For example, a Mobile Photo Lab™ Photo Adventure at Norfolk Botanical Garden costs $450 for 2 people, $550 for 4 people, and $650 for 6 people. Are there any additional costs for traveling to photo destinations?

Travel costs may be included in certain packages, but additional fees may apply for destinations outside our standard service area. Please contact us for more details regarding specific locations.

Photography Sessions

How long does a typical photo session last?

The duration of a photo session depends on the package chosen. For instance, a typical photography session at Norfolk Botanical Garden lasts two hours. Our mini photo sessions, like those at the Lynnhaven Boat Ramp & Beach Facility, last 15 minutes each.

What should I wear for my photo session?

We recommend wearing clothing that reflects your personal style and the theme of the photo shoot. For specific themes or locations, we can provide additional guidance on suitable attire.

Can I bring props to my photo session?

Yes, you can bring props to personalize your photo session. However, we must abide by all local laws and regulations. Since we operate in a coastal area, plastic bags, helium balloons, and some other items are not allowed. Please bring items within reason and let us know in advance if you plan to bring any large or unique props so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Special Events and Pop-up Sessions

Do you offer special event photography?

Yes, we provide photography services for a variety of special events, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. We also host themed pop-up sessions, like our Mini/Pop-up Beach Photo Shoot.

How do I participate in a pop-up photo shoot event?

To participate in a pop-up photo shoot event, such as our Mini/Pop-up Beach Photo Shoot, you can book a session through our website or by contacting us directly. These events are typically announced in advance, and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is included in the mini photo session at the beach?

Our mini photo session at the beach includes a 15-minute photo shoot and one 8×10 print. Proceeds from these sessions help support our operating funds and the Mobile Photo Lab™ Van graphics.

Photo Delivery and Prints

How long does it take to receive my photos?

For most sessions, digital photos are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Prints and other physical products may take longer depending on the order. During special events, some prints may be available immediately.

Can I order additional prints or products after my session?

Yes, you can order additional prints and a variety of photo products through our website or by contacting us directly.

What formats are the photos available in?

Photos are available in both digital and print formats. We offer various print sizes and styles, as well as digital downloads for personal use.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your print product, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if eligible, process a refund for a portion of the product’s purchase price. For photography services, notify us within 48 hours of the session, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What is your return policy for print products?

In the rare event that your print product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

What is your cancellation policy for photography sessions?

– 72 Hours or More Prior to the Event: No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

– 24 to 72 Hours Prior to the Event: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total agreed fee will be charged for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled event.

– Less than 24 Hours Prior to the Event: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total agreed fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
