Mobile Photo Lab™ Refund and Return Policy

At Mobile Photo Lab™, we are committed to delivering a high-quality photography experience and professional products. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment is made for any service, session, event package, print, or digital product, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Event Photography Sessions

Headshots and Portrait Packages

Sponsor A Memory™ activations

Photo Restoration services
-
Print-on-Demand products

Digital images and galleries

2. No Return Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services and products, returns are not accepted.

Prints, photo folders, and other physical items are created uniquely for each client and cannot be resold or restocked.

Digital files, once delivered, are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked.
3. Rescheduling (If Applicable)

Clients may reschedule a booked session with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the session and payment.
4. Quality Assurance

While refunds are not available, Mobile Photo Lab™ guarantees that all products and services will be delivered to the professional standards outlined in the original agreement.

If a technical error occurs on our part (e.g., corrupted file, misprint, or failure to deliver the agreed number of images), Mobile Photo Lab™ will correct or re-produce the product at no additional cost.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with Mobile Photo Lab™ in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no refund and no return policy.
