These Terms & Conditions outline how Mobile Photo Lab provides services and how we work with our clients. By booking, submitting a form, or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Mobile Photo Lab (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides:

Event photography and event coverage

Instant print services at events

Content Vault™ Day (content creation sessions)

Photo restoration services

Studio and on‑location photography

Digital file delivery and optional print products

We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our policies, schedule, or capacity.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Retainers / Deposits

A non‑refundable retainer may be required to secure your session, event, or service date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received and confirmed in writing.

2.2 Remaining Balance

Unless stated otherwise in your invoice or agreement:

Event photography balances are due at least 48 hours before the event.

Content Vault™ Day balances are due on or before the session date.

Photo restoration balances are due before final files are delivered.

2.3 Payment Methods

We may accept one or more of the following methods:

Credit or debit card

Online invoice or ACH transfer

Approved digital payment platforms (e.g., Cash App, Apple Pay)

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

3.1 Cancellations by Client

Retainers are non‑refundable. If you cancel:

Within 7 days of the event/session date, up to 50% of the total service fee may be owed.

Within 72 hours or less, the full balance may be due and no refund will be issued.

3.2 Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be permitted, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

3.3 Cancellations by Mobile Photo Lab

In the rare event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement photographer. If that is not possible, all payments made will be refunded, and this refund will constitute full settlement of any claims.

4. Image Delivery

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery estimates (subject to change and project scope):

Event galleries: approximately 3–10 business days

Content Vault™ Day deliverables: approximately 2–5 business days

Photo restoration: approximately 3–7 business days

4.2 File Storage

Digital files are typically archived for at least 60 days after delivery. We encourage you to download and back up your files promptly.

5. Editing, Retouching & Creative Control

Mobile Photo Lab provides editing consistent with our style and standards, which may include:

Color and exposure correction

Basic retouching and cropping

Minor skin smoothing or adjustments where appropriate

Extensive retouching (such as heavy object removal or major alterations) may be billed separately. We retain creative discretion over which images are delivered and how they are edited.

6. Instant Print Services

For events including instant prints, the client agrees to:

Provide access to electricity when required for printers and equipment.

Provide a stable table or surface for the print station.

Ensure adequate indoor or covered space to protect equipment from weather when outdoors.

We are not responsible for limitations caused by venue rules, power outages, or unsafe conditions that prevent printing or setup.

7. Copyright & Usage

7.1 Photographer Copyright

All images created by Mobile Photo Lab remain the copyrighted property of Mobile Photo Lab. Copyright is not transferred to the client.

7.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients receive a license to use images for personal or organizational purposes, consistent with the package purchased. This usually includes:

Personal sharing on social media (with credit appreciated where possible)

Use in organizational newsletters, websites, or internal materials

Non‑resale, non‑exclusive usage

7.3 Commercial & Brand Usage

If you are a business, nonprofit, or brand, usage rights will be outlined in your agreement or invoice. Additional licensing fees may apply for large‑scale campaigns, paid ads, or commercial use outside of the original scope.

7.4 Model Releases

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Mobile Photo Lab permission to use images from your session or event for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not to be used, please request a no‑share agreement in advance.

8. Liability & Limitations

Mobile Photo Lab is not liable for:

Weather conditions or acts of nature

Restrictions imposed by venues or event staff

Delays due to client lateness or schedule changes

Interference from guests or third parties

In the event of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen issues, our liability will be limited to the amount you have paid for the affected service.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, or copy content without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
